This is an open letter to all Knoxville VRA members: Hey folks. My name is Patrick Wright and I am the new Victory Ambassador for Ultimate Toys Motorsports/Victory of Knoxville. I have been with the company for almost three years. I just recently moved back from Crossville after spending a year at our store there. We’ve gone through some changes here recently and I just wanted to touch base with everyone and let you all know what we have in store for 2006. First and foremost… thank you. Thank you for your patronage, your loyalty, and your patience with what we are trying to do here. There are a few new faces running around here and we are all doing our best to get to know everyone. Do not hesitate to come down and check out some of the new things we have going on. Our 2006 Victory Open House will be held the last weekend of April. There will be food and entertainment on Saturday the 29th. The Time Warp Vintage Motorcycle Club will also have a “ride in” that day. There are no Victory rides planned that weekend as of yet. If you would like to organize one I would be more than happy to help out with the details. I plan to spend that weekend getting to know all of you so come by, say hello, and let us know what you would like to see with VRA for 2006. We recently had an impromptu promotion at Quaker Steak and Lube. The Victory turnout was awesome! Thanks to all that stopped by. We are currently putting some things together with Big Daddy’s for their bike night. They plan to kick it off on April 5th. I will post the details when I get them. We will also be at some of the other bike nights in town. Keep an eye on the calendar to see where we plan to be. Terry Tucker and I got together recently and created a tentative ride schedule. The first “official” ride will take place on Sunday, May 7th. It’s on a Sunday so that all of us here can participate. We will meet at the shop at 1pm and depart at 1:30pm. If any of you all would like to plan a Victory ride before then, again, just contact me and I will help out with the details and contacting everyone. There is a direct link from ultimatetoyz.com to our Victory website. I am working with Marshall to have the Victory site up and running as soon as possible.
